A former advertising executive, Darice Eppinger always had really interesting jobs but never felt like she had exactly the right fit. That was until she took a big leap of faith in the fall of 2015 and decided she was going to become a real estate agent. That was the start of a true labor of love! Darice’s authentic communication style, approachability and high energy immediately drew sellers and buyers to her and now is one of the area’s top producers.

Though she grew up in Northeastern Pennsylvania, her home has been here in Philadelphia (both in Center City and now, the suburbs in Abington Township) for the last three decades. She currently resides in Jenkintown with her husband, John, of 28 years, and has two adult sons, John, 26, and Derek, 22.

Of her many goals, she aspires to own at least one tiny house in the near future in the woods, near a lake or stream and a cute walkable village (like what you see in Hallmark movies)-because she claims she is a small town girl at heart.
